Nestled amidst 14 Rai (22400m2) of idyllic gardens, a selection of modern and
well appointed traditional buildings provide accommodation for up to 42 people
in 17 separate rooms, with a large potential for expansion utilising 6 Rai (9600m2) of farming land. Driveways and
electric installations are already set up for further expansion.
All buildings, driveways, and
walkways are laid out amidst stunning gardens, hedges, palms, flower trees and
bushes. Several ponds are home to native fish. Many different and rare jungle
flowers & trees complete the idyllic environs. These are complemented by
well displayed antique farming implements reflecting the ancient Lanna heritage of the area.
Part of the property is being
used for farming delicious local fruits including longan, lychees, and mango. In addition to the existing older
trees is a large area of low growing, fruit intense, mango trees, manao (lemon) bushes, and guava. Altogether there are some
15 different varieties of fruit trees and bushes on the land. Beautiful and
pure jungle, with many different hill tribe villages, waterfalls, and caves,
begins right behind the Resort.
The resort was built between
1998 and 1999 with the Lanna House and additional
Rice Barn being added a few years later. All buildings are in excellent
condition. Construction was supervised by an engineer from
Great Britain
.
Swiss designed bricks with airflow system were used throughout. All electric
and plumbing systems are underground.
Sale
includes Thai registered company, plus
all buildings and accommodation including manager’s house are selling fully
equipped and furnished. The vendor will retain only personal effects and a few
keep-sakes from the manager's house. You will take over a fully operational
facility with bookings already in place into 2010.
The resort is owned by a Thai
registered company under German management. It is well advertised
internationally in various guides, internet, and map publications and has
enjoyed the patronage of the Queen of Thailand. The business produces a

facility or as a second bedroom for the Bungalow Suite.
Brick Bungalow x1: Consisting
of two independent rooms, each with bathroom c/w hot shower & terrace
seating.
Rice Barns x5: Traditional buildings converted to
accommodation. Room sizes vary from 20 to 35 m2. Seating
inside and on the outside terrace. Modern ablution blocks with storage
rooms underneath connect via concrete walkway.
Lanna Style Thai House: 150m2. Built from hard
wood. 4 separate rooms of 25m2 each. All rooms equipped with inside
seating area and fan. Large central terrace with several seating areas
furnished in a rustic style. Connects to brick ablution block with western
style tiled bathrooms, hot showers & adjoining storage room.
Restaurant: rustic style teakwood
building, teakwood furniture, counter bar c/w fridge, satellite TV
(UBC), stereo/karaoke/VCD, telephone line, and internet. Seating
for 70. Doubles as conference/seminar room. Adjoining outside terrace of approx 25m2 holds 20 seating places, rustic
